audible-adj: capable of being heard; loud enough to be heard. A football term also known as automatic or check-off called at the line of scrimmage to supersede the play originally agreed upon as the result of a change in strategy.
A coach speaks in an audible voice often times only understood by his players. God spoke in a audible voices at the baptism of Christ...... this is my son in whom I am well pleased.
In coaching understanding that in sports as in life winning is only a by product of successful preparation. True victory is developed through spiritual maturity , godly character, fortitude, integrity and humility. The ultimate accomplishment is to transfer faith, team, education and community into the structure of an individual. This will formulate a better citizens and student/athlete on the playing fields and life.
A seasoned QB can read a defense and adjust or audible out of the original play. This capability is possible because the QB has intimate knowledge of what it is that he is communicating. He is fully aware of the adjustments needed to obtain victory because time has been dedicated to cultivating, nourishing and practicing the vision. This process is a team effort, responsibilities are delegated to individuals and obligation are assigned. This tedious task of learning studying and perfecting this coded secretive language is all in preparation for that game changing moment when being heard is essential.
· It is vital that our dialogue change immediately as our spirit was changed in our new birth as born-again believers, so should our speech change. It must be purged ,disciplined and held in check. We will have to give an account of every word that has ever departed out of power mouth.
· To give you an example of how powerful words are all of creation was produced from the mouth of God. The universe came into existence from the mind of God, He imagined it and spoke it and it came forth. Words or the communication of words has produced sorrow and triumph in our lives if we take inventory of our lives by examining our conversation to determine if we speak and respond as Christ would in any given situation. Would it be a touchdown or interception in the game of life.
